We are going into our forth year of using IDEAS Creative web hosting, and we are very impressed with the customer service, all questions are answered very promptly, and answered by a real person (no canned response). The web hosting itself, allows you to operate a relatively complex website without adding additional costs. We are very satisfied with the service!
