Digital Printed Photography

Our photographic business cards are produced in Nova Scotia, Canada. IDEAS PHOTOPrints is a 100% Puerto Rican company but on 2003 the offices were moved to Canada. The shipping to Puerto Rico, Canada, and United States, is FREE on any order over $200 on photographic business cards.

Any printed sheet or copy will be charge with the corresponding shipping cost in your checkout. Working material (like pictures) that we receive will be returned with your work; you are responsible for any additional shipping costs for the return of your personal material.

Printed Material & Promotional Products

Our suppliers are located in Puerto Rico, United States, and Canada. The shipping cost of your order will be estimated by where you are located and the type of product(s) you are ordering. You may use the feature "Ask a Question" for shipping quote requests located below the item description in any of our listed items.

For your convinience we are providing the weight and the shipping zipcode for some promotional products (when we have it). You may use UPS and/or FedEx website to estimate shipping or also use the feature "Ask a Question" providing your city, country, zip code, and if is a residencial or commercial area for a more accurate quote.

You agree to pay the difference between the $5 we have set up for shipping and the real shipping fee when you do the checkout without asking for the shipping quote. We reserve the right to not process your order if we don't get the payment in full as quoted.

Logos & General Artwork

There's no shipping charge for artwork delivered by download or email. However, if you want it in a media (zip, cd, floppy) the cost of it and the shipping will be charged. When you choose to buy the CD, the shipping cost is already included.

Internet Related Services

There are NO shipping charges on any Internet related service; such as web design, banners, hosting, etc. or on any downloadable item/service/software.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products all customers must approve their orders prior to printing. We "DO NOT" print ANYTHING without the customer's approval, We are unable to accept returns on custom printed items , if you feel there is an error on your order, please contact us.
