Zen Cart Tutorials
Here you will find a variety of tutorials I've posted on our YouTube Chanel. Instead of just creating tutorials that you can find elsewhere, I will be focusing in tricks and things I've learned through my years working with Zen Cart that have helped other Zen Cart store owners, at the same time I'll help you learn how things in Zen Cart work and how to get the most of your Zen Cart features.
Many of Zen Cart owners don't know many of the things that can be accomplished by their ecommerce solution, and others don't know about great modules and add-ons that are available for them to get even better results for managing, marketing, converting visitors. and growing it.
I'm very eager to read your comments and questions about these tutorials, either here or on my YouTube channel.

Zen Cart has the Move / Link / Copy features but a lot of store owners don't know they are there, why or how to use them. On these 2 videos I'm going to talk about the differences between them and how/why use them. Hope this helps you to manage better your Zen Cart store inventory and make shopping an easy experience for your customers.

Very useful tutorial if you need to collect or bill a customer not from an item you have in your store inventory but if someone owes you an invoice or there's any additional charge from any order and they paid through Paypal or any other online payment and has to be the customer who process it.

The database is the heart and soul of your store, it is recommended that you backup your Zen Cart database every so often (depending on how heavy your activity is). Because if that database gets corrupted due to software bugs, hardware failures, hackers, or server crashes you would loose all your product information, customer information, and transaction data. Typically, you would have to use your webhost's backup utility or phpMyAdmin to backup your ZenCart database but the mayority of Zen Cart store owners don't know how to do that, it never gets done.
